I love the color! They are very easy to clean. Unfortunately they do slide some and move as clients change positions. They roll as well. However the yoga mats do not. I think they should make them as thick as the yoga mat. Those mats don’t move at all!

How did I not realise reformer mats were a thing?! I used to slip all over the reformer but this mat actually allows me to do a high plank without having to readjust
I was so excited to finally find a mat to use on reformers! I find lots of reformers in the group studio classes can sometimes be a bit slippery and worn. I love that I can take my own mat for protection and it grips well, especially when doing standing exercises. The bright cheerful colours remind me to enjoy myself even when the exercises hurt!
